We finally get to tie the bow on a year that, for many of us, had more downs than ups (lockdowns, to be precise). We’d like to express our thanks for your ongoing support, and pre-emptively offer a hearty “you’re welcome” for our continued support to you during the holiday season.
That’s because we’ll be working alongside Santa to ensure your hosting needs are met with the same stellar support by which you’ve come to know us.
Some updates for how we’ll be operating during the festive season are down below.
Early Invoices
We’ll be sending January invoices early this month to accommodate businesses closing during the festive because we understand making the perfect trifle takes time. Bills are not something with which to trifle, so we’ll help you get that out of the way sooner rather than later.
Our debit order and recurring credit card payment dates will also remain unchanged.
Support
You can expect the same top-class support that stayed home with you during lockdowns, during December. Our support staff will make sure all your bells and whistles are working perfectly so you can jingle on.
