Throughout the last 24 hours, we have been the target of a major distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack.

The attack has caused significant downtime to all services. The first attack started at 22h20 on April 15th and lasted until 00h20. The current attack vector is a UDP Amplification Attack. Unfortunately, this attack traffic has resurfaced multiple times, each time with increased volume.

We experienced further attacks today (April 16th) at 09h40 to 10h40 and 17h00 to 18h30.

Our engineers are working with our upstream providers to mitigate the attack. Our status information is to a minimum to provide as little information as possible to the attackers.

We apologise for the downtime and inconvenience that this has caused, but would like to assure you that our whole team is working to resolve the issue. We will provide further updates as the situation develops.
